William "Bill" Holloman Perry Jr.'s Obituary
William “Bill” Holloman Perry Jr passed away in Memorial Hermann Southeast Hospital, on Saturday, December 13th, 2025, at the age of 86. Bill is preceded in death by his parents, William Perry Sr, and Agnes (Laza) Perry; brother, Bob Perry; and sister, Susie Sparkman. He is survived by his wife, Marjorie “Margie” (Mikes) Perry, and a host of many other family and friends.
Bill was married to the love of his life, Margie, for 64 wonderful years. He proudly served in the United States Army. Following his military service, Bill enjoyed a 45 plus year career working as an Electrician for the Local 716 Union of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. After his retirement, he served as the president of the Local 716 and Local 66 club as well.
Bill was an avid classic car enthusiast, helping start the first old car show in Pearland, Texas. He enjoyed traveling in his classic T-Bird car on Bluebonnet cruises, scenic backroads, Route 66, and visiting Ford’s 100th anniversary celebration in Detroit, Michigan.
Bill could fix or repair just about anything, a skill which came in handy when he was restoring old classic cars or working as a cattle rancher in Hallettsville, Texas where he raised cattle for more than 25 years. As an outdoorsman, Bill enjoyed spending time in nature, usually going hunting, fishing, or beekeeping. Bill will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Funeral services for Bill will be held on Thursday, December 18th, 2025, at Clayton Funeral Home of Pearland. Visitation will be from 9:00 to 10:00 am, with the funeral service commencing at 10:00 am. Interment will follow the service at South Park cemetery.
