Wm. Thomas Hogan, age 78, beloved husband, devoted father and loving grandfather, passed away Friday July 17, 2020. Tom was born on the 18th of April 1942 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Houston TX. He attended K-12 in HISD. He was a Read Obituary
I remember Tommy from both school and church. We were in a group of teenagers at church who were led by Mrs. Wolf and Mr. & Mrs. Smith, and we always had fun doing things together at our "fellowships." We all have good memories of our times together. I'm praying that God will comfort Diane and the rest of the family and help you through this sad time. James and I send our love and prayers.

Peace & comfort to Tom's family at this time, especially his wife, Diane. I remember Tommy from junior/senior high school days as a very sweet guy, who won the heart of a fellow classmate, Diane Wigginton, and they shared 58 beautiful years together. I noticed that Tom was born in St. Joseph's Hospital less than a month after I was born (3/24/42). May warm memories of times spent with family & friends sustain Diane & family in these months to come, hoping the novel pandemic Covid-19 will get under control by year's end so you can celebrate Tom's life in style. When I was blessed to meet Mr and Mrs Hogan, God extended my family! It was love at first encounter. We hit it off immediately. They both had a sweet spirit that genuinely embraced me with a familiar "family-like" connection that I just could not resist. Mr Tom became my friend and buddy. He told me corny jokes and laughed (anyway). He gave me "CPA tips" but told me not to hold him accountable for any of the tips he gave me. We would laugh at that all the time. He told me that he loved tacos, so we created a Tuesday holiday - just for him... Tom's Taco Tuesday. So, he felt obligated (he said) to eat up all the tacos and he did a good job at it. Mrs Hogan blessed us weekly by sharing her gift of baking. We (including staff and residents) loved the sweet taste and smell of the cookies, brownies, and cake! However, we loved her sweet smile and kind heart the most. Both are forever loved by my Proverbial Care Team and me. I plan to never end my relationship with Mrs Hogan and Mr Tom will remain in my heart!
