View Tribute Book Willie B Morrow was born February 2, 1932, to Dave and Minnie Morrow, in Bryan, Texas, and passed away on August 5, 2025, in Pearland, Texas after a long battle with Dementia.Willie B graduated from E. A. Kemp High in Bryan, Texas and was a proud alumnus of Prairie View A&M University. Willie also took numerous college classes while serving with honors in the United States Army, which contributed to the effort that helped shape the course of history. His dedication to his country was a source of pride throughout his life. He had a successful career as Chief Warrant Officer IV in the United States Army for 40 years and worked for the United States of America in Civil Service for an additional 22 years, retiring as a GS-11. He was married to the love of his life, Mable L. Morrow, for 67 wonderful years. Early on in their marriage, while serving in the military, they lived in many places with their daughters around the world. They were blessed to live abroad, as well as stateside. Willie B loved to travel and cruising with his wife, family and friends. He cherished his family and loved family gatherings. He enjoyed bowling, basketball and gambling; he especially loved going to bingo. Willie enjoyed watching sports, like football, basketball, baseball and tennis just to name a few. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.Willie B was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and uncle, who was funny, quick witted, and always a joy to be around. He had a servant’s heart and enjoyed taking care of people that he considered family and friends. Willie B is preceded in death by his parents, Dave and Minnie Morrow, wife Mable L. Morrow, sisters Effie Lyons, Edna Peterson and brother Wiley Morrow. He is survived by daughters Carolyn Ann Oliver, Pamela Janice Morrow and husband, Hercules Hagerman, Tracy Lynn Morrow; grandchildren Willie Eugene Oliver and wife Tiffany Oliver, Bryan Anthony Morrow, Kesha Cynthia Hagerman, Kemane Navaro Hagerman and wife Janielle Hagerman, Andre Azosa Hagerman; great grandchildren Miaya Oliver, Zayah Hagerman, and a host of many other family and friends.Services for Willie will be held on Saturday, August 16, 2025, at Clayton Funeral Home, 5530 West Broadway, Pearland, Texas. Visitation is scheduled from 10:00 – 11:00 am, the funeral service will be held at 11:00 am, interment will follow at Houston Memorial Gardens Cemetery, in Pearland, Texas.
