Andrew Elton Weber's Obituary
Andrew Elton Weber, 54, of Pearland passed away on Saturday, February 8, 2020. Preceding him in death are parents, Jack and Reva Faye Weber. Left with cherished memories are his loving wife of 14 years, Vickie Weber; stepdaughters, Dawn Craig and husband, Stephen and Jennifer Ryan and husband, Nathaniel; grandchildren, Elizabeth, Madison, Elliott and Olivia; as well as numerous other relatives, dear friends, and his beloved dog Bullet.
Andy was a man of great intelligence and earned his PhD from the University of Kansas. He was a wonderful provider for his family and had a distinguished career as a Hydrocarbons Business Analytical Leader with Dow Chemical before retiring in 2018. He was truly a scientist in every sense of the word and gave 110% to anything he touched. Andy was affectionately known as “Paw-Paw” to his grandchildren and found great joy in performing experiments with them and showing them the fun side of science. He had an affinity for new projects and hobbies, which over the years ranged from motorcycles, to skeet shooting, to most recently tie-dying. Andy’s greatest joy however, was spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Andy’s kind and gentle spirit will be missed by all who knew him and loved him.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made, in Andy’s honor, to the Brazoria County SPCA. https://spcabc.kindful.com/
