He was a great dentist. A wonderful person.
Dr Charles Hand was my dentist since I started Kelso Elementary school. He took care of my whole family. He was the most gentle and kindest dentist I had ever met. He truly cared for his patients. He took care of my mother up until about when she turned about 72 probably sometime in 1997. I am happy to know he had such a full life. I was always extremely particular about who took care of my teeth until I met another great dentist whom I married. Carol Collins, Houston
Dr. Hand was my dentist when I was at Kelso Elementary in the late 50's. I became a dentist. I ran into Dr. Hand at a dental seminar. I introduced myself. He acted like he remembered me but I knew that wasn't likely. He asked for hints to help jog his memory. I told him my mother Dolores always insisted on going into the operatory with me to make sure I was treated well. He said, "I REMEMBER YOUR MOTHER!"
I am so sorry for your loss. Dr. Hand was my parents Bill and Sue Fultz dentist for years as well as my brothers dentist.
He was a great man and will be missed.

Dear Mrs.Hand,
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Dr. Hand was such a kind and gentle man. I am grateful for the good care he gave me as my dentist. I always enjoyed visiting with both of you when I came in. He will be missed by many in this community.

Dear Aunt Evelyn and family,
I'm so sorry for your loss. Uncle Buck was such a kind, gentle, charismatic man and always seemed to be smiling and happy. That smile stands out in my memories, and he even made the dental chair a happier place for me! Now, I imagine my mom, Mimi and Bato welcoming
him in heaven. What a joyous reunion!
I'm glad Lee and Dee Ann were able to visit with all of you. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.
Love,
Kelly
As a young child I remember Dr. Hand as our family dentist. My Mom and Dad thought so much of him. He always had such a sweet demeanor. Throughout life we were connected through his dentistry, through Evelyn, and finally through Crosspoint. Seeing Buck and Evelyn each Sunday was always such a treat. He was such a kidder and his sweetness still shone through. You will be so missed, but God has claimed a dear soul. Bill and Becky
To the Hand family,
We loved Dr. Hand and always enjoyed our trip to the dentist (not many people can say that). We remember when his office was on Bellfort-long time ago. Not only was he the BEST dentist ever, he was a wonderful person. We are so sorry for your loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.
Dr Hand was a great man and a great boss. He was so kind hearted! He was an inspiration to so many people. He will be greatly missed. nDeya
