May your family and friends find comfort in God's promise to "swallow up death forever... and wipe away the tears from all faces" (Isaiah 25:8). Along with the promise of a time soon when "death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away." Revelation 21:4. Remember the hope of "a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous" (Acts 24:15). My sincere condolences to your family.
Although we only met a little over a year ago when Claudia and my Dad became friends, it was a blessing to have known her. It was clear to me that Claudia was a woman who knew how to live life to the fullest. Her stories of her life with George were always interesting and fun! She was feisty and said what she thought - it was inspiring to meet a woman of her age who was so engaging. During one of my recent visits with Claudia we discussed ways to make living at her and Dad's facility more fun, and agreed that I would talk to management about having dances. My family will always be thankful that Claudia blessed my Dad's life with her friendship. And, I will always hold Claudia in my heart with fond memories.
