My condolences to the family of Donnie Carbone. Our families were neighbors on Galveston Avenue from 1956 until 1963 and continued to be friends to the present. I last spoke with Donnie at the Pearland Historical Society reunion a few years ago and thought there was a chance I would see him at this year's reunion on Saturday, October 24th. The news of his passing was a great shock. Bless his soul.
