Jake Neal Adams' Obituary
Jake Neal Adams, 15, left our world and earned his wings Wednesday, October 19, 2016. He is survived by his loving brother, Robert “Cole” Adams; parents, Robert and Jennifer Adams; grandparents, Harry and Carol Bland, Jerry and Leila Bailey, and Harvey Adams; aunt Jeannie and uncle Kevin Heartwell; cousins, Dorothy-Anne and Ashley; and a host of other family and friends.
Jake was a beloved brother, son, cousin, nephew and grandson that truly lived, loved and brought people together. He was a comedian, dreamer, lover, entrepreneur and caretaker that loved being silly. Jake was free-spirited, fearless and adventurous in all that he did. He enjoyed running, spearfishing, diving, surfing, hunting, fishing ranching and traveling the world. In his 15 short years, he lived 1,000 lives. Jake laughed often, fell in love, spread his happiness and surrounded himself with people that knew his worth. He aspired and inspired every day of his life. Jake was the glue that will forever bind his family. As he embarks on his next adventure, we send our love and look forward to the stories he will share when we meet again.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Jake’s honor to the Ronald McDonald House. A visitation for Jake will be held Thursday, October 27, 2016 from 6:00 until 8:00 pm at Clayton Funeral Home, 5530 W. Broadway, Pearland, Texas 77581.
