He was the love of my life. He brought such joy and happiness to me. We had 2 1/2 years of pure joy. We faced many challenges in our relationship, the distance his cancer diagnosis, and being separated at hard times. He never missed a day reaching out to me and letting me know how much he loved me. His death has left a hole so deep in my heart that only God can feel I love you My Jim and I will see you again one day.
He was the love of my life. The 2 1/2 years that we were together or pure joy. We were faced with some hard times and challenges. But we were strong together and conquered them. We lived to 6 1/2 hours away from each other, but he never missed a day talking to me. We brought healing to each other‘s lives and planned a beautiful future together, God had other plans, but I don’t regret one moment of loving this sweet man his death has left a hole in my heart that only God can feel and I trust that he will. I love you, my sweet Jim and I will see you again one day.
Jimmy was my buddy. I don’t think he ever met a stranger. Jimmy started working with me after a very strange request. We ask Jimmy if he would be willing to move to support our site. After a little time to think about it, he started working with Braskem at our Seadrift site. No matter the request, at any time. Jimmy was always willing to help. Over the years, Jimmy and I would talk about fishing, football and cooking. Although I am heartbroken to lose my friend, I know Jimmy has been made whole again. I never was able to make our fishing plans. But one day I will be there with him. He better have that spot picked out. I know I was many of his friends. I am blessed to have known him.
