I'm so sorry for your loss. I knew Karen well several years ago as a fellow massage therapist. We volunteered together for many years at a yearly women's retreat. Volunteerism was a big part of Karen's life and I was blessed by her friendship. We shared some happy times. I will miss her.
My heartfelt sympathy to the Lowery family. When I went through the loss of my father, a scripture that brought me comfort is Isaiah 41:10. There God tells us " I will fortify you " and promises " I will really hold on to you with my right hand ". May the God of all comfort be with you at this difficult time.
