Great memories of our family RV trip to Florida back in the Spring of 2000. My two younger sons, Micah and Joshua, mom Kim and Patrick all packed into his 1989 Chevy RV from LaPorte to Venice. It was a mission of mercy to visit his father in a retirement home suffering from Alzheimer's, He made the best of a solemn occasion, by granting us visits to Disneyworld and the Edison Ford Estates in Fort Myers. He tolerated my driving (thank goodness for my CDL) and we were able to make a visit to his father Harold before he passed away. This adventure still remains fresh in our memories. We already miss you grandfather and dad!
